A Community Village foremost in Love that is a paradise on Earth as God intended with no poverty, gangs, crime, intoxicants, and killing taking place. Where the Peaceful, Productive and Respectful people Live, Interact and Work together in Harmonious neighborhoods and the children, women, seniors and all the inhabitants are safe, Honored, and Respected.

The Metropolitan Statistical Area effecting this applicant’s non-profit program is: Chicago, Illinois, Zip Code 60612 (consisting of Near West Side, West Town, and Ukranian Village neighborhoods as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau and U.S. Office of Budget Management). Furthermore, each of these neighborhoods is situated within a Federal Empowerment Zone, Renewal Community and/or Enterprise Community that H.U.D. and U.S.D.A. have designated. The U.S. Congressional Districts are 04, 07. Zip Code 60612’s current 2010 population is 44,941; since the year 2000, it has had a population growth of 5.6%. The population is primarily African-American, younger, and mostly single. The median age here is 27.0. There are about 18,044 men and 19,946 women.

The median age for the men is 25.7 while for women the median age is 28.0. The median household income here ($25,143) is significantly lower than US Average ($56,604).
