Member Service Representative (Teller)

REGIONAL federal credit union is seeking energetic individuals to join our team! We currently have full and part-time positions available in our Hammond, Portage and Valparaiso offices.

Member Service Representative Responsibilities include: Perform account transactions, Account maintenance, Member correspondence and daily balancing. Individuals will also be required to promote the credit union by providing quality service, maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the credit union's products and services and capable of effectively cross-selling products and services to develop the membership relationship.

Qualifications: Desire to serve members with quality service, desire to work and support other team members, commitment to learn REGIONAL products, follow established procedures and meet established goals. Candidates must have proven sales skills. Cash handling experience preferred.
