Founder & CEO

Born and raised in East Chicago, IN, Cheryl L. Smith has dedicated her career and life to community development, with 23 years working at the East Chicago Public Library. Through mentoring, education, and empowerment, Cheryl has been promoting growth and development of the community for decades, providing programs that focus on significant social and cultural events.

Cheryl earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, a Post-Baccalaureate in Early Childhood Development, and Certifications in Non-Profit Management, and Etiquette Protocol for Instructors.

La-Zondra C. Randolph, Esq. is an attorney who uses creative and methodical techniques to aggressively represent her clients. “Aggressively Going the Extra Mile” is not just a phrase but a standard practice that is befitting to Attorney Randolph. She spends tremendous effort ensuring her clients receive the attention, information, and service they need in order to have peace of mind when they are facing a legal matter. She is actively involved with her clients and clients’ matters every step of the way, and she deals with each client humanistically; offering real, honest, and straight to the point legal counseling.

A graduate of Florida A&M University, College of Law, Attorney Randolph began her solo practice in November 2012. Since then, she has achieved successful judgments and settlements. She served as a Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter, National Bar Association 2013-2015 Fellow. During the fellowship, she worked closely with faculty, staff, and students in the Florida A&M University, College of Law’s Legal Clinic to assist indigent members of the community with their family law and housing matters. She was also the Adjunct Professor for the Guardian ad Litem Clinic for the 2014 summer semester.

La-Zondra C. Randolph, Esq. is a member of the Florida Bar Law Related Education Committee, Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter, National Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Attorney Randolph enjoys volunteering in her spare time. She is founder of The LCR Project (Love, Compassion, Resolve), a community service organization dedicated to educating, empowering, and providing aid to members of the community. She is also a member of the Experience Christian Center where she sits on the board of the Outreach Ministry.
